In line with the general impression, I find that girls my age are indeed much less slutty here than, say, what I saw on an American college campus or even just south of us in Greece, where I had the fortune to encounter a 15 year old who had already fucked 25 guys (yes, knowing her I found that entirely plausible).

A decent amount of girls my age are virgins and most girls have had no more than 1 partner. Two of my university classmate girls have gotten married over the past 2 years (at the age of 20 and 21 respectively), one of them with the very first and only guy she ever fucked. What I want to tell you is that virgins are boring. You may have not realized this purely because you haven't encountered one who was old enough to date you, but they are a bore and a chore. Whatever image you have of miss pure vagina, actually entering a relationship with someone who's had no one but you is like accepting to adopt a child and to teach it everything about relationships and sex.

First of all, there is hardly any dread or validation for you.

Girls still know how to play hard to get but if you can see through that, and you take into account their absolute inexperience and ineptitude in relationships, it becomes laughable and absurd.

Men need dread and validation, just like women. You want to be with someone selective, true, but not incapable of being with someone else, not handicapped by their obsession with their own "purity" (often fueled by a simple inability to seek a partner, i.e. "It's not that I can't, my pussy is just too valuable. I'll wait for the right one" - sure hubby).

Their selection is worth nothing if they just fuck no one. In my experience, these girls are just socially inept because of their lack of experience and if nobody is trying hard enough they'll choose to just stay in their little nest of "innocence". When you dump them because they put too high of a price on their own pussy they become obsessed with you just like a typical little girl. They probably still won't fuck you, they'll just cry about it.

When I see a girl that looks like this type, it turns me off, even if she's like an 8. If I can be turned off by an 8, believe me you can, too.

Second of all, they are like having a child. Lots of work and responsibility.

You have to watch what you say and teach them how to act. (yes, to the point that it is not flattering anymore) They have all kinds of naive ideas about how relationships work. If you apply redpill tactics, dread, oftentimes it can be so effective you'll lose all possible interest and feel like an asshole at the same time. Ugh. So much fun.

If you're just looking for a lay, sex is going to be boring and you'll have to jump through way too many hoops anyway.

If you're not deeply in love, it's way too much work to go through. Threy are not better balanced than a woman who has had 100 guys fuck her. But of course they can be raised into good women, unlike the whores.

This is why I prefer mildly experienced (5-10) as opposed to low partner count. The exception is of course girls who have had few but really long relationships and have learned a lot, those should be good to go.

Tl;dr - a relationship with an inexperienced girl can bore you because of lack of dread, her ineptitude and excessively child-like behavior/dependence.

Edit: after reading all your replies it seems like most people here are just ready to settle for someone boring and safe as long as there danger of them leaving is lower. I think that's pathetic, shows very low standards and an over-emphasis on loyalty. You sound scared and ready to accept anything as long as the girl has nice tits and listens to you. Meh.
