If her society allows her to be a slut, there is as close to a 100% chance that she will be be as to make the outliers not worth considering. Personally I see a lot wrong with the Middle East and those cultures, yes even with the treatment of women. But I think the way your culture looks as marriage, virginity, and gender roles (husband in charge, woman is obedient a loyal helper) is something to be admired. I wish the West had tried harder to keep those moral views, and a society that puts procedures in place to promote them and discourage sluttiness. But to answer your question, look at her environment. If her family, friends, and even nation let her act like a slut, you might as well assume she has. If not, you should assume she might not be but still will if had the chance.

Even in the society in which premarital sex is open, sexual frustration is much more vastly embedded where only the top 20% of men have a monopoly and the rest of the 80% basically get close to nothing (or have to settle with the landwhales). To answer OPs question.

In the past western societies had prostitutes. While women looked down on them, they also recognized the utility of prostitutes.
