Life is not fair. People are not equal. Ya it sucks some girl on insta get paid insane amount for literally nothing but good genetics. You might say the same about male athletes, although they must work extraordinarily hard in addition to having good genetics.

Instead of being bummed, work to maximize your genetic potential. Good problem solver? Get a PhD. Good hustler? start a business. Good people person? get into sales. Good at language? become a translator, travel, fuck foreign women.

Betas will always outnumber alphas. Assembly workers will always outnumber CEOs. Idiots will always outnumber geniuses. Focus on yourself, lead by example and while your friends may not entirely accept the red pill in its entirety, hopefully they can gain some insight from the way you live your life.

You'll always receive suboptimal results from not knowing how a system works, as opposed to knowing how it works - - even if what that system delivers is revealed to be different from what you imagined it did.

You are much more lucky to be dissatisfied in a world whose flaws you see, than dissatisfied without a clue.

But the point you raise about dissatisfaction is genuine.

There is much about the world, especially when it comes to sex, relationships, stability, and security, between men and women that is awful, and has been awful for decades, which was not always so, even more recently depending on the culture and economic climate.

It's reasonable to be upset that you are essentially guaranteed not

1) to be able to marry without risking losing half of your shit + more depending on the legal system and how much you have to lose

2) to be able to have children without marrying (this is largely true, there are edge cases if you have lots of money) even though all other traditional hallmarks of the marital relationship are gone

3) to be able to marry a woman whom other men haven't enjoyed before you, while she was younger and prettier (or more fertile, see 2)

4) to be able to let your guard down and be truly, completely vulnerable around people whose respect you want, or whose love you believe you perpetually enjoy

, and that this wasn't always so, was more or less the product of female and male nature that societies knew about and created elaborate social structures to minimize, and that it is now unchecked and the default on which lots of big business and government power rests and won't come undone, is perfectly fine to be upset about.

Plenty of men, even RP men, wish Marriage 1.0 would come back, and Women 1.0 to come back with it.

Plenty of men, even RP men, grow tired of plate spinning, aren't interested in plates at all, and simply do the best they can with LTRs knowing what they know about female nature, and the society they live in.

The only thing that's not reasonable, is to pretend that this isn't the world you live in.

You don't have to like how things are - - you just have to be careful you don't blind yourself to them because you're upset about that which you cannot change.

Don't worry too much about society, or other people; they don't worry about you.

Just focus on yourself, and making yourself as happy as you can, being realistic about other people and the world you live in.

I went through this. Weeks of feeling like Ill never have the things in life that I need. to be appreciated for who I am, loved like I deserve, blah blah blah.

and then I realized something, 1) the things I need in life are mine to provide to myself. No women will give them to me. No women has the source of my happiness. All she is a women. How can I expect things of others that I'm not even giving to my myself? Seeking contentment from outside yourself is a fools errand.

2) I seek connections and experiences for myself now that are enriching and create a good life for me. and if I find myself with people or in situations that do not fulfill my life, then they are removed from my life. Immediately. I have no use for them. This includes girls. Women and love are like flowers, they only come around when all the perfect conditions exist. Enjoy them for what they are. But never lean on them. They will resent your neediness and crush under the weight. Never need their support. Women want to be wanted, not needed. So I want their bodies, their companionship their nurturing, but I will never need them again. That's the way child loves their mother, not the way a man should love a woman.

Then it hit me recently, I'm like the high school girl who was the head cheerleader. The world is my oyster and anyone I want I can go after. I may not get them, but Ill just find another. Suddenly. I'm not so lonely, I'm not despondent about no one "loving me for being a great guy" . Im now closer to my brothers, to my father, to my buddies.

The women in my life have had the volume turned down on them. I get my physical needs met, but my LIFE needs are not from them. They are like awesome companions, great when their there, but not necessary for my happiness.

Im very new to this sub but its caused a rebirth in my life that has caused a LOT of people to notice. in a good way. NMMNG changed my life as well as Books by Robert Green, the MAP, and one that Ive not seen mentioned yet, Is "hold onto your NUTS. " which is good for married men.

I'm new and maybe misguided in my understanding of the truth, but my allegiance is now to the truth, not others, not women and definitely not my ego.

When it is (often) said that it "takes a while to digest trp", it means both comprehension and acceptance of what is taught.

What you are experiencing right now is the culmination of placing too much focus on what you reject and find undesirable - "the anger phase" in a nutshell, basically. The way to beat the anger phase without ever lifting in finger in retaliation is to devote yourself to what it is that you truly want fanatically. In this way, the draining impact of hanging onto these harsh truths will gradually weaken because you will be far too consumed with zeroing in on your target in life.

I was there once not too long ago - I understand - constantly chewing on more and more hard truths until I began to damage my teeth. So I kept it simple; I asked myself, "what do I want to do with what I've learned? how much should I prioritize women now after what I've learned?" I still found myself repeating bitter realities to myself - hypergamy this, Chad that - but it made no sense to continue brooding on that because I had decided to eliminate women as a priority in my life altogether. From that point on, I then made the decision to drop everything regarding the nature of women and sexual dynamics too - TRP, Chateau, Rollo etc. It wasn't 'enlightening' me anymore - it was only fueling my rage.

My advice is to first realize that you are unintentionally placing too much repeated attention on the "dark truth", your world of "no's". For now, think of that world as one massive attention-whore, a frustrating succubus of a distraction to be shunned. In time, you will go back and learn how to deal with her, but for now, dwelling on (and working toward) something else is the best way forward. Suffocate that world by not placing anymore attention on it and going after what you want.

And learn how to forgive. The weight of resentment is one of the most lethal kinds of spiritual destruction. You don't have to become blood type namaste, but learn to brush off their follies and stupidities by laughing at how once it consumed you with obsessive interest, grief, vexation. Maybe then you'll laugh again and say something like, "ha! man, if only I had spent even two little hours of drawing a day back then instead of repeatedly dipping my mind into TRP, I'd be a thousand times better than I am now for certain", but you will understand too that the path to wisdom often is a complex highway of detours - know what I mean? A whole lot of failure involved in this game called life..

TL;DR uplug from TRP for a bit and focus exclusively on yourself and for a time, FORGET WOMEN ALTOGETHER - FOCUS ON WHY YOU EXIST

I found this subreddit 2 years ago after my best friend introduced it to me when we were 15. I was too young to have many lasting delusions, only the typical nauve delusions of a kid and the shit you learn from Disney. Those were quickly dashed though, I had no problem with TRP. Skipped the denial phase, sped through to the anger phase now more or less in the acceptance phase. It has made me a lot more "cynical", realistic is how I see it, of the world and human interactions especially with women. I regret nothing, I don't miss my old naive self, frankly that naiviety in me was repulsive and frustrating.

I think I am in a similar frame of mind, thanks for sharing this. What pushed me here to this frame of mind, the straw that broke the camel's back, is thinking about who gives and how much is given in a relationship. My latest experience is teaching me that no good deed goes unpunished.

When I look back on my past relationships, I see that I was giving more than she was almost without exception. What the fuck does a man really get from a LTR/marriage? Shit on in big and little ways, for sure. There are some positives like regular sex and someone to talk to. But these seem to be greatly outweighed by the responsibilities.

Responsibilities like being the provider, being strong and dependable, DIY, etc., etc., etc..

The benefit does not seem to be worth the cost, the risk is not worth the reward. And the risk for a man is HUGE if you get legally married! I look back now and really wonder what crazy fucking thoughts were going through my head.

So, I'm leaning strongly towards MGTOW right now. If some bitch is hot for me, I'll fuck her. But I'm not seeing myself chasing them as I've done in the past. So much effort for so little reward. Pussy is just NOT worth it. I'd rather focus on myself and making good use of whatever time I have left.

Years ago, I wondered how someone like Ralph Nader could be so significant politically and not be married. Now I get it...assuming he's not in the closet. Women are more of a pain in the ass than an asset. They suck your time more than your cock. Fuck you up more than fuck you.

Time will tell if I stay this way or if I think I can find a good woman to be with. Right now I am very cynical about finding a worthwhile woman...and if any even exist.

I've had intuitions about "red pill" concepts all my life, so for me it was like a breath of fresh air to find so many like-minded people. But I understand where you are coming from.

It's interesting how it bums you out that others "can't see what they're worth." And that "we'll never get to see our true potential" because alphas are outnumbered by BP's. You have an unselfish, universal mindset, which is nice to see.

This will sound really random, but I think it's important for people with this mindset to follow artistic pursuits. Not just create art, but learn about it and indulge in other people's art.

It's really an inexplicable thing, art. But it's somehow related to the universal mindset you seem to innately posses. So if you do not already, pick up a paintbrush, pen, guitar, whatever, and start making art.

It will answer for you the question you're asking. It won't necessarily take away your bummed feelings, but it will answer your question.

I dislike Instagram but browse at work. I have the exact same thoughts. So many useless people get to coast through life. I couldn't live that way. It happens to all of us, man. I guess you could call it an existential crisis of sorts.

For me, the hardest thing to deal with was the raw, almost primal, aspect of TRP; how it draws on the key principles of evolutionary psychology and biology. It's not a nice feeling knowing that we're all slaves to some innate motivators we have very little control over, it makes us all seem like a bunch of apes masquerading as rational, cognitive beings.

This isn't conjecture. Everything you read is based on, and backed up by, scientific studies and experiences/real-life case studies drawn from thousands of years of human history. What was true of man and woman's relationship several thousand years ago hasn't changed at all on anything over than a superficial SJW level.

It's fucking brutal, but we still live in the jungle. TRP (to my mind) provides a coping mechanism and techniques to handle this fact.

I'm not in this position, but if I were in actual search of a friend worth having. I would go up to someone of high value who likely doesn't need my friendship, and prove I was worthy of their friendship of trust.

Next time you think you come across a high status male approach them like you would a plate, and just win them over with humor and charm. I know exactly where you're coming from. I swallowed the pill over the summer and saw an instant change when I came back for my junior year at college (I'm 20). I started to see success, but there was some bad that came with swallowing the pill. I had this source of anger in me - and I still very much do - that would come out every now and then. I developed an edge to my personality that's started to make me a bit of a controversial person.

Before the pill, I was a people pleaser who just tried to gain everyone's approval. Nowadays I'm proud to say that I don't give a fuck about approval, but that has resulted in enemies for me. It's never fun to have people who dislike you, but it is what it is.

One girl in my professional fraternity tried to hook up with each of my three roommates who rejected her, then when she came onto me I got mad and called her a flirt. Guess who everyone sided with after she ran her mouth about what I said? It's the nature of our social society. I'm starting to get the feeling that I need to keep this TRP theory in my head but do my best to simply blend in with the rest. I'm pretty sure there's a law in 48 Laws of Power about that, so it would obviously be wise to follow that.
