I'm never going to forget these images...

I mean, I was definitely aware of the make-up thing before but never have seen it so starkly and consistently laid out. So many have greasy, acne laden faces...they probably stuff themselves full of pizza and other garbage or maybe they're just junk-food vegans.

I hope I can keep this at the forefront of my mind the next time I go out.

Women are reactive creatures they don't think long term. Most young women live for the now not worrying about the actions they take now and how they will affect them down the road. There egos are huge in there teens and early 20's because so many beta's just run around groveling after them. They think just because they have a pussy and tits they hold the key to everything. Not realizing that pour diet and life choices quickly break the body down and age it. By the time there thirty they look so beat they have to use so much foundation in one year to cover their face they could have stuccoed a house.

All the while men go to the gym, play sport, or work physically active jobs. The smart ones learn about nutrition eat clean (even if it's just some of the time it helps) and take care of there bodies. Because we have that competitive instinct to be the best so you can get the best. By the time both groups hit there thirties (in my opinion) men start to hit there prime and women are beginning there decline. This is partly why I feel so many women demonize guys who go after younger women. They can't Compete with the 20 year old with perky tits and a flat stomach anymore.

Now I'm no "player" myself I'm currently married and going through shit myself I'm just saying this from personal experience and as a warning to all of you. Hot young chick doesn't mean hot old chick so don't work your ass off for something that's not worth investing in. Don't sweat it about the pretty girl at the bar on Saturday night there are thousands of those. Work for the attractive girl at the gym sweating her ass off Sunday morning.

It's a vicious cycle. They damage their faces with makeup, it ruins their skin, and they have to continue putting on makeup to cover up their horrible skin. Idiots

Very very very few women look better naturally than I do - I'm acne free, sport a rugged beard, mostly symmetrical face, and of course V-Taper physique. If there's one advice I'd give to aspiring casanovas...

You are bigger, stronger and likely naturally more aesthetically pleasing than 99.99% of women if you keep a lower BF (<10%) and grow some sexy stubble.

To be fair though, these are some seriously bad looking girls in the first place. I spent a year living in youth hostels, and I saw thousands of girls' morning faces. Some look terrible, some look beautiful even without makeup.

However, it's true that men generally look better than women without trying.

Yeah, I don't think that's really true. You only think that girls are naturally "less attractive" because you're used to them having cosmetic enhancements. I always thought that attraction is a relative thing in a lot of ways. If all women got 10% more attractive, our "standards" would change with them and the world would be mostly the same.

Along the same vein, one thing that helps is realizing that girls are just as insecure as guys, in fact often moreso. Part of their insecurity comes from the fact that they know exactly how they look without makeup and accessories to hide their bad features.

It is truly crazy to see how some of those girls can transform from an HB4/HB5 naturally to an HB8/HB9 just with the power of some makeup. Makeup is a huge contributing factor as to why some girls think there SMW is so high because they plaster their face with makeup to look hotter than they are naturally. In fact, I've probably only met one HB8 natural in my life, have yet to see an HB9 or HB10 natural yet, very few probably exist. I'd say most HB7-HB9 you met are probably an HB3, HB4, or HB5 naturally.

Don't know how this will help my approach anxiety, but I will definitely think of this post the next time I wanna approach that HB8! Good post brother, keep it red.

But one major mistake is thinking women judge you equally on your looks the same way you do. Looking good is important, but status and game are a much bigger part of a man's attractiveness.
