Essentially my life story. Was the chunky kid that got along with almost everybody and women sought me out as an emotional tampon.
Hit 25 this summer and am the best shape of my life. Threw a comparison pic up on instagram (use it for looking at dogs and nature stuff). Now have abs, wide shoulder and back with a narrow waist.

Emotions for women are always what they feel now and all memories, present, and future considerations are made in the present emtional state.
Emotions for men are situational. Past, present, and future considerations have their own emotional state that is applied and used in context.
This means women can be primed by their current emotional state to color their entire lives. This has made women extremely adaptable to any given situation by adapting their identity to their emotional state.
Men cannot be primed, but they can be conditioned over time to reliably behave to any situation more or less the same way regardless of current emotional state. This is why men are in the state they are.
This creates a huge amount of conflict as women try to prime men, but end up with badly conditioned men. Men try to condition women, but prime women with emotional states that will cause massive shifts in the woman's perspective on everything.

That is a good way to word it.
Historically, women were forced to go from man to man as men killed each other off to breed. Oftentimes this meant women had to be with multiple men whom were all enies of each other.
Men on the other hand hand are designed to pick what he believes is the best way to survive and stick with it until he is forced to change his strategy. The men whom pick the best strategy for the current environment are considered the winners and are the ones whom women breed with.
Obviously neither of these things apply anymore, but evolution is slow and our technological growth is fast.
In a thousand years or so (if humans are not extinct), these strategies will be different.

I used to be a fatty mostly because my mum (single mum) would feed me junk food and microwavable crap when I was a kid.
