I was married to a woman who was diagnosed with BPD by multiple shrinks.

Even if you are a blue pill tradcon who wants to get married, if you get a whiff of BPD you should run far and run fast.

My theory is that BPD was invented as a diagnosis because doctors can’t diagnose people as assholes.

It is a wonder that I survived without suck starting a shotgun.

BPD women are liars, extremely controlling and manipulative.

I think 10% is about right. According to a lot of estimates, the lifetime incidence of BPD is about 6%, but this combines males and females. So in a population of 20,000 people, about 1200 have BPD and about 1000 of those people with BPD will be female. Which makes it about 10% of women.

I have a cousin with BPD and as can be confirmed by anyone with a BPD family member, these women are among the most vile disgusting human beings around. Constant lying, manipulation, emotional blackmail, etc. They tend to get very practiced at lying which is why -- in a society with a "believe women" mentality, guys need to be super-cautious.

Feminists get triggered by these facts -- they don't want it widely known or discussed that there is an epidemic of lying manipulative women in our society so they typically insist that lots of men have BPD as well but men with BPD are diagnosed with other conditions. This is feminist nonsense, if you interact with women who have BPD enough, it becomes clear that they simply have an extreme version of your typical female personality and maturity level. But even if the feminist claim is true, it doesn't matter because society doesn't automatically believe men about stuff.

Anyway, the other tell-tale sign of BPD is difficulty in maintaining long term relationships. Your typical BPD woman will have a very small number of people in her life (usually parents or a husband) who put up with her behavior for various reasons, but otherwise she has no long term relationships, i.e. she is alienated from family members and past friends; she has trouble holding down a job; etc. This is a key point because even if you are a skilled liar, it's very difficult to fake having long-term associates. So that this is a good way to spot women with BPD.

And lots of them don't get diagnosed. My ex's father was BPD and she showed all the same major symptoms yet she never thought she had a problem. I agree with Three-Legged-Fox, "My theory is that BPD was invented as a diagnosis because doctors can’t diagnose people as assholes."

Way, way, way, way, waaaaay too low. The sane woman is an exception, not the rule. I'd put that BPD number at around 50% and 30% have other disorders. Like "depression" - you know, not the real depressions but the women version.

The head psychiatrist from a local mental institution came and gave a seminar at our Uni. He stated that you should never get involved with someone with borderline personality disorder and that if you find out they have it "just run". I was shocked to hear that, but apparently people stay with them out of "love" and the mental toll on that person cannot be emphasised enough. I don't understand how this hereditary mental disorder is not being bred out.

Men are more likely to be diagnosed with ptsd and women bpd. Both are disorders from traumatic experiences. Whilst ptsd is generally from one extreme traumatic experience bpd happens after continual abusive treatment throughout childhood.

There is also the issue that bpd is becoming modern day hysteria. It's often given as an incorrect diagnosis when they actually have something like autism or ptsd.

The problem is having child brains - if they see it getting rewarded on faceache and the like then they replicate it. I knew a girl in highschool with bpd she was a major cunt to everyone but everyone always forgave her because she got pregnant at 15. I was a captain in the marching band so the director told us to practice drills while he took care of a few phone calls for an upcoming trip. She decided that she didnt want too because of "cramps" and then proceeded to take all the women out of the line to make it about her. Apparently when i said fine take a break but the rest of people get in formation im the asshole because "cant you see she needs emotional support".

Im at the point where i think any female medical excuse it just a way of saying "im a major jackass keep your distance as i eat time and shit disappointment".

A women with BPD does not only alienate her family and friends, even her children become victims and ultimately careers, that is why sometimes, some the affected kids have a messed up life that affects them for life till they have their own kids and the cycle continues.
