What really shines through her is that she expected that even if she got chaught cheating her life would still be fine. This honestly feels like a Park Chan-wook style revenge story. I'm honestly amazed at how beautifully Jared was able to execute his revenge. That being said, there are some things that I couldn't take my mind off while reading this:

If her detailed descriptions of how strong her relationship with her sister and best-friend (and to a lesser extent her cousin) are to be believed, then something doesn't add up. Why would they hate her so much for cheating even if they liked Jared? The way they aided him in his revenge makes it seem like they were personally seeking revenge as well.
I especially thought this when the sister said she encouraged Jared to go fuck the cousin. That pretty strongly implies the sister wasn't sleeping with Jared because she loved him and wanted him to herself. She wanted Jared to get more revenge because it would hurt the OP more and indirectly increase her own revenge.
Jared could have possibly lied with some crazy ass story to make them all insane with rage and become dead set on fucking her life up, but I doubt this very much because what are the odds all 3 of them wouldn't mention something like that at least once in their screaming and long emails sent to the OP?
Much more likely is OP is hiding something more which makes her look much much worse and explains how 3 people who are closest to her suddenly hate her with a dying passion.
