They are watching you. How you stand, how you walk, how you move your arms, your head, your eye movements, the speed and cadence of your speech. They are watching you when you aren't looking and they are making judgments. There are simply too many moving parts for you to be able to fake these behaviors when talking to some chick, never mind all the hours that you're not talking to chicks but when they are observing you.

The way you walk, talk and are in the world should demonstrate that you are a master of your reality. You are a Bond, Vader, Brad Pitt, The Most Interesting Man In The World type. Nobody fucks with your shit. And you take joy in the way in which you own your life and in which you tease and get a rise out of others, especially females.

Be the man women get wet for. Be that man, in your head, every step of your day. Play the role until it's in your soul. Imagine that there is always a camera in the room filming your ever action, like in the Truman show, with a live audience watching with the sole purpose of determining whether or not you are alpha, confident and master of your own reality. Play to that audience, day and night, whether you're alone or in company. You don't get to sit with your legs crossed like a lady in private and then man-spread in public. That's called incongruence and it's not allowed.

There's something very nice about being the one desired. I finally get why women go into bars dressed to the nines. When you know people are watching and you just know they're turned on, it feels good. And that's the reward of congruence in an Alpha frame and an Alpha body.
