For the men out there who were married for 10+ years, how long did it take to 100% get over the loss of your wife?

I ask because I was married 16 years, which to date is about 1/3 of my entire life. It's been 4 fucking years since I was cast out of the house, 3 years since the divorce was finalized, yet I still have occasional pangs of remorse or sadness or... something?

I mean, it's not debilitating like it was in the beginning. My life is going quite well career wise, I got a nice place, and all that material stuff. But the woman (or at least her absence) crosses my mind just about every goddamned day.

And it's not like I have a desire for another LTR -- I don't think that will ever happen again. Hell, I couldn't go back to her if she begged me; I know too much now. But there's always this almost academic rumination over the fact that a good thing ended, that she broke up the band for reasons I'll never be able to grasp.

I suppose this is more fit for the relationship or divorce subreddits, but we all know how BP those places are.

I assume this is highly dependent on the individual, but I'm curious as to how long it took other dudes to completely get over the loss of their ex. Am I doomed to suffer a dull ache for the rest of my life, like an old wound on a rainy day? Or is there some inevitable future time where she'll just be completely gone from the heart, mind, and soul?
