Powerful men will always be able to create wealth. And, like the attention and compliance of beautiful women, wealth is an indicator of status. It is not, however, more important than "being alpha". Simply possessing wealth or the ability to earn wealth will not make you attractive to women for reasons other than your wallet.

Power is power. Being alpha is essentially the pursuit of power, personal, social, physical, sexual and financial.

Other than raw physical attractiveness, aka sexy sons theory & gene selection, that's the only thing that will get a woman dripping for 'who you really are'. Dominance. Status. Frame. Abundance. Power.

Sorry to shatter another Disney myth. Yes, money is good. If you're good looking and not short, it will help, and if that doesn't apply to you, well, it helps you do stuff without women. And some women have an income filter. If you're attractive, some women, usually those approaching the wall, won't date you unless you meet their threshold. But to think it will make up for a deficiency is a huge mistake.

Except for lifting, being on track to earn my own salary is the biggest confidence booster I have.

Relying on someone else (Boss, coworkers and corporate politics), hoping to not get fired is the biggest mind fuck I know.

Having enough cash to not worry about losing your job. And taking steps to earn your own money. Is a great way to have true abundance and I don't give a fuck attitude.

I read the book on Elon Musk awhile back and the girl that he was with said, what made him so attractive, was that he could say fuck you to everyone. No one controlled Elon Musk.

keep a part of all you earn for less stress and more peace of life
acquire skills to freelance or create systems that earn money as you sleep
Do the work. Just like spinning plates, multiple streams of income will increase your quality of life

Acquiring wealth, or showing off your capacity to earn wealth for the sake of scoring chicks gets you buried in life, both internally and externally. He is right. Don't try to deny it just because you don't have lots of money right now and you are broke. This is not even about women anymore, this is about success. Most of the time your salary is an indicator of your worth to society, sure they may be exceptions but it is what it is.

I get it, you may be in a tough spot right now. Not everyone is going to make millions but If you truly want to be succesful (not just learn how to get women) you should pursue maybe a better job, a better salary which will give you a better life. It is not wealth or money, it's perceived status that women respond to most strongly. You do not need money to have status.

Also, having had a good job that paid a lot of money, you don't want the girls that are attracted to you for that reason. They see you as a meal ticket and a source of money or possible future crash landing pad.

They will still fuck you and won't be too stingy with it, but you will be getting beta/duty sex, not the sex she gives to men she's actually attracted to.

And the entrapreneur is only a millionare because the computer scientist existed. This is not always a one-way relationship where the engineer is a "paid slave". The difference in aura is dependent on whether you are the boss of your company or not. Being the CEO or owner is of course different then being a high paid worker but if you are a millionare computer scientist that works at a company that would not function without you then you do have alot of power. Your skillset is highly valued and your boss pamperes you like a child because he does not want to lose you. Take John Carmack at ID software for example, he was the star there even though he was not the CEO.

Money is a beta trait. Women have a dual sexual strategy and a woman looking for a husband will select strongly for good beta traits, which is what you are experiencing.

But don't kid yourself that money turns her on like alpha traits do; especially once she thinks you're hooked you have to bring some alpha or you're heading for a dead bedroom. And even before then, she will not be happy with just sex from you. She is fucking you to get commitment.

This might be a little off topic but I would appreciate some advice.

I'm currently living with my parents while actively applying for jobs as a web designer and/or front-end developer. I haven't had much luck but I'm determined to keep trying.

This leads me to my question, I'm currently making no money, and want to change that, should I work a minimum wage job or should I be continuing the full-time pursuit of a career.

Napolean Hill was a renown author who wrote about attaining wealth and achievement. The value of his writings, when applied, cannot be argued. But ironically, this man would have died poor and penniless if not for the talents of a more skilled entrepreneur named Clement Stone, who came along and monetized Hill's writing more effectively. Chew on that one for a while.

I'm curious on what the story is behind this. I just read Clement Stone's wiki page and he credits Hill's Think and Grow Rich book for a big part of his success. So how would Hill have been unsuccessful and penniless without Stone?
