I've seen several great book recommendation posts on here in the last couple of years, but there have been a few that I think have been left out. Here are the top 5:

5) A Fan's Notes - by Frederick Exley

Exley was a true one-hit wonder, with this novel being the only one of the three he wrote to achieve any recognition. It's about football, drinking, and Frank Gifford. It's become a cult classic over the years, and for good reason. The guy could write.

4) Women - by Charles Bukowski

It always amazes me that the TRP sub talks more about Patrice O'Neal than Charles Bukowski. Patrice was awesome, I'll give you that, but Bukowski was a true masculine great. Not only are his books and poetry awesome, but Bukowski's life was fascinating as well. He was an extremely ugly man who managed to get laid by a ton of young and hot pussy later in his life, solely because he could write amazingly well.

3) Kon Tiki - by Thor Heyerdal

Heyerdal was one of the last Scandinavians to have the Viking spirit, before the entire region was pussified by feminism. He sailed 5,000 miles across the Pacific in a hand-built raft, from South America to the Tuamotu Islands. All so he could prove the point that ancient people could have sailed that far.

2) Boys Adrift - by Dr. Leonard Sax

For those of us with a bit of an MRA bent, this is a great non-fiction read. As we all know, boys are getting royally screwed over nowadays, and not just in the school system. This book is often overlooked in favor of 'The War Against Boys' by Christina Hoff Summers, I believe it's a better read. Besides, it's written by a dude.

1) Memoirs of a Misogynist - by Chad T. Cocker

This is a fairly new one, and a fun read. TRP has finally made it to the world of novels, and this appears to be something new. It's as offensive as it warns about on the back, and definitely worth a read.
