Awesome Post and great point about the revenge fantasy . I had dinner with the woman who broke my blue pill fantasy over the course of a 6 year relationship . There was a time I had massive self esteem issues but have always had a good sense of humor/ been funny , was vastly overweight and not lifting , and enjoyed being her man servant. She cheated on me in year 3 we broke up and got back together for another 3 years and then I finally broke up with her . I always held onto the revenge fantasy though , one day I was going to make this bitch know that cheating on me was her worst mistake .

it's been about 3 years since we broke up , TRP has helped me flip my world upside down . I'm 60 lbs lighter , I love myself , I've gotten a significantly higher paying job , and I have had 3 women contact me about fucking this morning ( not an everyday thing , just a particularly good morning).

I was visiting my parents and had some free time so I asked her to catch a bite to eat with me , she showed up on time which she never did , I got there late ( something I never did in regards to her but was expecting her to be late) . She's still a pretty girl but at least 20 - 30 lbs heavier , she laments to me about work , family, how she expected to be married at this time , attempts to probe about my new salary , tries to figure out my dating life, inquires about my sex life .

Almost 8 years after I met her the power balance of our lives and desirability has essentially turned. She can't find a guy she's attracted to who wants to keep her and I am no longer interested in a LTR with anyone but especially this person across the table who has seen me at my absolute worst as a man . She paid for dinner ( something I would never let her do in the past and she jumped at the opportunity to ) and then a few days later tried to arrange a hangout again .

I say all of this to say while it was fun to catch up , just like OP says by the time you get to a point where you can execute your revenge fantasy in any real way you will be so much of a better man and have so much more going for you ( have fucked better chicks, have enjoyed better experiences, will have essentially experienced a better life) that the revenge plot or point becomes moot . Don't get me wrong I think it can be fun to see a woman who previously devalued you , completely salivate over the very idea of being with you like that scene in Love Potion number 9 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IuX7YjyRKxY) . But again by the time you're there you'll have either sexier whales to slay or be shooting for a higher caliber of woman anyway . She was your ceiling at a lower point in your life and now because you are better that ceiling becomes higher . Don't use todays success to pursue yesterdays treasure .

Thinking that a woman who turned you down will hit the wall and be forever unhappy is a stupid revenge fantasy that will likely never happen.

Thinking that you could very well pump and dump that girl who turned you down after a few years of putting in the red pill work is a great revenge fantasy that you would do well having if it gets you pumped to go to the gym every morning.

OP, give yourself some slack and enjoy the revenge until it's not fun anymore. It's rare that it actually happens.

Thanks for sharing this. Although, I don't understand why you feel bad about ending it the way you did those few years ago. You got tired of her games, explained to her that you knew what she was doing. You then ceased contact with her. At least she knew where you stood and (at least at the time) you had the self control to stop talking to her. You even had her chasing you after the fact. What do you regret about this?

I like the post and I like the comments as well. Seems there are some different views on this post, which is a good thing.

Let's talk about the first text and how some of you guys are mentioning that it was a shit test and OP should have kept pursuing.

Well let me give you an example on what would happen if he kept pursinig because I have done so a few times in that exact situation.

Early this summer there was girl I knew in my MBA study abroad trip from two years ago. We ran into each other a few times on campus. She would always try and talk to me for a long time.

One day she likes and comments on my facebook post saying "we need to talk." We talked and I asked her out. She texted back saying "ummm I'm down to hang with you, it could be fun, but I don't want to give you the wrong impression."

Now did she say had a boyfriend? No. I went for it anyways and all she did was making excuses and on when she can't meetup. I tried three times and after the third excuse I was done. She just wanted attention.

So whether OP dropped her the first time or could have went for it, he still could have failed. Hell, he could have dropped her and she could have saw that as "alpha behavior" and pursuied after him. So I don't see the point in going after him for that.

The second point is the revenge fantasy thing. Yea when girls first turn me down ofcourse my initial reaction is revenge fantasy. But after a day or so, I no longer care. I've seen girls turn me down and became what OP described and it makes me feel no different.

I've also been turned down by girls that married a good guy and looks to be living successful. I dont care either way.

You're looking at her first initial text all wrong. She didn't say "i'm sort of seeing someone, but could be fun." Because she was a cheating slut looking for attention. It sounds to me that it was a new relationship and it wasn't exactly official official, so she wasn't sure. She also sounds like the type of girl that is too nice and doesn't want to disappoint people or assume they want to hang out just to get laid. Maybe she thought you just wanted a friend. Sometimes I have a hard time telling if a guy just wants to be a friend or something more. It's awkward and I don't want to just assume every guy wants to fuck me. If she was inviting you out with her boyfriend, she saw it completely as platonic.

Maybe, or maybe not. You went on a clean diet and plenty of sports. Before, you were eating shit, and your body responded accordingly... I suspect most of your acne would've cleaned up even without drugs/treatment.
