The bull is put there to represent wealth, progress, and a general increase in wellbeing... to which the girl (representing feminism) is standing in opposition.

Also, the bull statue was put there by an actual independent artist, while the girl statue was a corporate stunt as a part of an ad campaign. So essentially we have a giant corporation "defiantly" standing up against a lone individual.
