I’m sure she’s very happy. Her sister was in the band Clannad. Maire Brennan. Very talented ladies. I listen to both of them from time to time. Beautiful music. Honestly I’ve come to a point where I’m perfectly happy without a man. No man could ever come close to what I would want, I think, so why bother trying. It’s not even that my expectations are super high. It’s just that experience has proven to me they are generally a big letdown. Living alone in a castle with just staff and security and pets sounds like a damn fine life to me. If men were worth it, she’d have one. I’m sure finding a good one is even harder when you’re so rich and could be taken advantage of.

Not every woman should feel pressured to be a ‘lonely spinster’ as a remedy to bad relationships.

I definitely would not live alone in a castle with just cats. Cool if it makes you happy.

Not about that spinster label or lifestyle. Not for me.
