I work for Corporate America. It's a big tech company. Not quite as big as Google, but a multi billion dollar company nonetheless.

For the first 2 years I've enjoyed my job. I make 80k a year and only had to go into the office a couple of times a week pre-COVID. Now I'm working from home full time and we haven't missed a beat for the last 4 months. No politics, no controversial talk. Just doing my job and not having to deal with people face to face very often.

The people I work with are fine when it comes to doing the job and talking about work. But when it comes to their beliefs, they're not so good. A bunch of far left thots, LBGTQ glorifiers, and cucks.

So last week, my manager has a one on one meeting with me. Regularly scheduled, talking about how work is going for just a half hour. He shows me a slide show of "how to be antiracist" and suggests donating to black companies. I just listened and didn't really say anything, since I didn't want to get into a big argument, saying how I completely disagree with him. We finished it off and that was the end of it.

Our CEO sent out a huge email to the entire company last week talking about supporting black communities, reaching out to black coworkers and friends to show support. He said he realized we haven't been as diverse as we need to be as a company. This guy is worth almost a billion dollars and has all the power in the world to show some backbone and stand up for himself, but instead cowers to the mob that is BLM. What a spineless, blue pilled, liberal cuck.

He said that a group of African American employees sent him an email detailing their concerns, how they believe that they haven't been promoted since they're black, and that we don't have enough black employees. So now we have to increase the diversity quota even more? So now, even more deserving white men will get rejected for jobs that they are more than qualified for?

This is a time where I wish I had "fuck you" money, so I could tell these guys to screw themselves and quit. However, I'm just a 25 year old kid getting my career started.

I fear that this "how to be antiracist" meeting was just a sign of things to come. Again, I like my job and the work life balance it provides, but if more far left propaganda is forcefully shoved down my throat, I'm out. Time to start looking for other opportunities to line up, or coming up with my own entrepreneurial ideas since all big tech companies are likely force feeding this to their employees too.

I am happy I don't have a high percentage of my cash in this company's stock (not any actually, just have my own personal retirement funds and personal savings), because I truly believe cowering to the far left will bite you in the ass sooner or later.
