Imagine this being the stand out part of your relationship that you choose to brag about online
[–]nenindisFDS Newbie7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
We need a "Sis, get some self-respect." automatic response whenever women post this stuff online.

Shit like this takes common sense as a value out the window.

I'm sad that style of caption is considered cute/quirky. It's the seed of future tension and arguments once the novelty of playing mom wears off imo.

It is beyond infuriating that “look! My man can’t look after himself” is seen as cute

If he doesn't pick up his pants off the floor (very simple thing), you can assume he does basically zero cooking, housework, that he doesn't even clean up after himself.
Good for him, he got a mommy housekeeper and a bangmaid, didn't even have to marry her. Men are winning so hard.

right? being a man in 2020 is just incredible
[–][deleted] 20 points21 points22 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oh but I'm sure he "has a job" so, bragging rights. Meanwhile his income might help supplement the gender wage gap, but won't touch the cost of her therapy which I 100% guarantee is "her problem", financially speaking. Because, you know, pants.

Picking up your underwear is approximately 745x easier than making a lasagna. If he can’t do the former, no way will he ever manage the latter.

Let's see how she handles doing the same shit for 10years plus 3 kids running around working cleaning cooking while his husband playing videogames

And that’s if he ever even marries her

Omg that's like having a child.
They say don't do something once (ie sing baby shark on request) unless you're willing to do it 400 times.
I learnt the hard way but at least my daughter has the excuse of being an actual toddler (instead of a pathetic manbaby).

This is big in dog training literature too. Never respond to “requests” from the dog; all treats, petting, walks, etc start and stop on the handler’s terms only. Otherwise the dog learns that he can boss you around and the begging never stops

This is great mum advice.
Unfortunately it's too late for me.
My daughter requests songs like Old macdonald and even specifies the animal I should sing about 🤣🤦♀️🤣

My son really only likes the cow. 😫
[–]caramealsFDS Newbie7 points8 points9 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Exactly. Never start doing something unless you're prepared to do it as long as you live. You don't wanna be critically sick and still expected to mow the lawn.

So many marriages are pathetic like this. He can't pick up his own pants in the house he lives in?
The man I'm dating walked into my home the other day and saw that the garbage was full so he took it out. No questions, no whining, I certainly didn't ask, he just did it. And he doesn't even live here. A few weeks ago he stayed over and I had to get up early to do some work in my office. I came down on a break and smelled bleach. He was cleaning my kitchen.
And this is a big, scary looking dude covered in tattoos that no man would dare call a simp. And I asked, "Are you cleaning?" and he shrugged and said, "You were busy working and the kitchen needed to be cleaned so I cleaned it." I was married to man for 20 years who would whine, "If something needs to be done, just tell me." because he was too stupid to know to clean his own home. And here's this guy who doesn't even live here but he cleans up just because he's smart enough to see it needs to be done.

He sounds very HV! That’s what it’s all about - men who see what needs doing because they care enough to notice and then they just do it.
HOW has it become cute for men to not even pick up their own underwear? How are they not embarrassed every time their partner has to act like a mother to them?

But why? Nothing nicer to say? Not one thing? Is it still gonna be quirky when you're doing it years later? If you have kids? But seriously, nothing nicer to say? Jesus.
It’s so tragic in so many ways

Thank you for letting me pick up your pants off the floor 😍😍😍
I can’t.

Sounds like something you should tell your 1 year old. Does she wipe his ass too?
(Though this isn’t funny, some men have become in need of someone wiping their ass since they fail even at this! Thanks video games and porn, for making men mentally ill and I competent)

I bet he values those "leg hugs" a lot though. Just another way women give all and men like that get all.
