It varies, and at times isn't even about money in a literal sense.

Money is relative. To someone who struggles to make rent, and so does all her community, someone who has a steady job and never worries about the rent and can maybe go out to a nice restaurant now and then is the "rich guy". To the trust-funders, that guy is poor. That said, a lot of women are far less interested in "men with money" than they are in "men who are part of the UMC or higher". This is not exactly the same thing. The concert violinist has much less money than the guy who owns a plumbing company, but he is of a higher class. UMC-and-up women will be a better bet for Mr Violinist, as a rule; MC-and-down women will be a better bet for Mr Plumber, as a rule.

For most women, they dont want a lazy bum who is going nowhere in life. They prefer men at their socioeconomic level or above.

I’m put off by lots of money because a lot of the time, lots of money=lots of women=big ego, so I generally avoided. My SO isn’t even working right now and I don’t give a damn as long as no financial burden is put on me, which there isn’t.

Enough to support her spending lifestyle. Women spend the most money on useless shit that doesn’t fucking matter in the long run. I will buy a house with literally no furniture no mirrors and I will piss in a bucket if I have to before I start buying furniture. The reason why money is not a good attribute of attraction is because if you lose your job and source of income, you’re going to see how much your woman really cares for you, like they say you never know a woman until you have met her in court.

This would be considered a baseline. One would argue women are beyond limits. That a woman would always want more and is never fully satisfied with what is already present. An opportunity that presents itself where she can get a wealthier man to commit that check marks all of her other boxes as well, she could just branch swing to that partner. So even then, doesn’t matter if you are a multimillionaire you still are not safe.

No one is safe, no one is above hypergamy. The role of provider is a transient state of affairs. You can go from provider to single very quick on no fault of your own. The money argument is just a small portion of the metaphorical pie so to speak. Just a perspective I wanted to throw out. Maybe it’s never enough.

How much money do people here would say is enough for a guy to hold, if women really do care about wealth as much as you all say, for a guy to be seen as relationship material?

Guys have the crazy vrs hot graph.

Women I believe would have the same for money vrs looks/type.

A really attractive and awesome guy would need a lot less money than a nerdy introvert with acne to score the same league of woman looks wise, and even then the rich nerd won't have as good a woman personality wise.
