Maybe look for traditional men forums? It may have the type of content you are looking for. But I personally wouldn't know. Just the first idea that popped into my head.

I feel like a sub that's a mix of men and women but RP could be good for this, where the advice is still RP but gives both view points and is gentler than MRP

Bro I feel the same way, regular RP is just miserable and depressing...I feel like it's 80% just for dealing with low value women but useless for the select good few. Also RP tends to forget not all of us hvm want to spin plates and bang hoes forever...some of us want to become husband's and father's you know?
