I was 121 lbs (am 5'9") after graduating high school virgin etc.

Went to the gym, got to 140lbs (arguably still skinny but I am lucky enough to look pretty muscular at that weight). Suddenly women started complimenting me on my body, touching me in clubs etc. Can only imagine what happens to actual shredded people lmao.

Off the back of that attention I developed some confidence, took a shirtless photo and one good headshot for Tinder and Bumble and haven't looked back since.

The basis for having good game comes from confidence in yourself. Confidence is derived from results that were achieved with your own competency. For example, you go to the gym and eat right, within a couple of months you see the physical results of your actions. Confidence. You work your job, practice good financial habits and within a couple of years you see your investments and bank account grow. Confidence.

You start by talking to people, learning from better conversationalists than yourself, talking with women, seducing them and achieving your desired result (which for me means banging). Confidence.

It is a snowball effect, that’s why being on your purpose makes it easier to get women. Progress towards your goal will install confidence in you and nothing makes pussy wetter than a confident man.

Lift, lift, lift. I cannot emphasize this enough. I was 6'0" 155lbs going into med school 4 years ago. I started reading TRP stuff and lifting. 2 years later I was 185lbs ~13% bodyfat so not jacked or shredded by any means but clearly fit. I've always had a very good looking face but I went through an ugly duckling thing throughout high school and college and was very low confidence. At this point I was still a virgin but that was also the year I started my clinical rotations so seeing the nurses' reactions to my body gave me all the confidence I needed to take pics and get on Tinder.

A few weeks and dozens of matches later I'd fucked 3 different girls and got a FWB arrangement with one of them all despite my shitty game. Just needed to get my first hook up out the way and everything else fell in place tbh. Always been athletic, well liked and well known. Most people assumed I had loads of girls on rotation just because of how many seemed to know me, in fact even some of my closest friends were surprised I was still a virgin at 20 just because of how often on nights out they'd see girls try and make a move on me. But because I never had experience specifically escalating or being intimate with women I had no idea what the next steps actually were so I always pussied out. Then one day I invited a female friend over for drinks (I kinda knew she had a thing for me), we hooked up with her pretty much leading everything and gave me all the info I needed in that regard.

My advise would be to get your fundementals down, lifting projecting confidence, being driven and doing your own thing. I never chased women and yet oaods of girls wanted to be seen around me, I even think it was slightly a competitive thing because during the hook up my "friend" was telling me about how her friends group found me cute.

To be honest I had a very good base to slay, but I had no game and no father figure to teach me how to game women, and my mother taught me all the bullshit women push on men. I started reading books and posts about things that interested me and were valuable information. I started working towards a career that interested me. I reworked my wardrobe and got clothes that fit me nicely. I became friends with people that are like minded and have goals similar to mine. I did things that were interesting and valuable to me. At no point did I ever focus my life around women. Women just found their way into my life. I downloaded tinder and hinge due to the pandemic but to be honest I don’t use them often unless I’m looking for a quick bj. Now that I’m comfortable in my own skin and do things that I enjoy I no longer feel awkward tension in the air. I’ve been hosting bjj classes at my gym and I don’t feel the need to break the tension with goofy jokes anymore because I am teaching several guys how to simulate killing each other. Nothing drenches a woman’s panties more than seeing me dripping sweat in my skin tight rash guard and strangling guys in any fashion that I want. Now that my life is revolving around things that I want it to, I have to find time to smash pussy. The progress is slow, but fruitful if you keep at it. If you keep at it for months, you'll look down from your new heights and realize how much you've improved.

There's no checkpoint, or special sign, or racing flag you pass to know where you're at.

I worked in a cafe with mostly women and having sisters was a plus since they help give you game and over time I grew confidence and game and a better personality. I am not ugly at all maybe that’s why but I just act nonchalant around women.
