Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

Who the fuck are these judges.

[–]Ibasn04 77 points78 points79 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

They’re judges who have sympathy for women, and kick men to the curb

[–]hotcurrypowder 39 points40 points41 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Feminists obviously.

Clearly fucking morons.

YouTuber Young admitted to one count of ABH after 'bite marks' found on victim

She fucking bit someone! And she was the initial instigator of the physical conflict. How can you bite a person setting off a brawl and be the one not behind bars? Anyone who thinks I'll just bite this lady in front of her kids is scary as fuck.

Women.

[–]UnMascd 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This might go against the prevailing opinion here but I heard someone say that some of the disparity between sentences can be attributed to the gender of the judge. I can't confirm this but I heard that if the judge is male he is more likely to give harsher sentences to men and the opposite for women, while female judges apparently are more like to be equal in sentencing

Another anecdote from a guy who was in a situation trying to get custody of his children, he advised that you should hire female lawyers because they're apparently better then male lawyers at getting results.

This happens all the time when men and women commit crimes together. The man will always get a higher sentence, even if he was less aggressive. The woman can always claim "oh he made me do it" and our gynocentric society will always believe her.

The most prominent case that comes to mind about this topic to me is Karla Homolka and Paul Bernardo. They raped and killed 3 girls (one being Homolkas own sister..) in the early 90s. Originally it was thought that Homolka was also a victim, and that Bernardo made her do these things, but video tapes of the crimes show that she was a quite willing participant in the crimes. To nobody's surprise, Karla Homolka only went to prison for 12 years, getting released 2005,and now gets to live her life without many issues, meanwhile Bernardo is still rotting in jail (rightfully so).

I also remember hearing something similar in a fiamengo files video a while back, that a woman got and shared child pornography, yet she got a lesser sentence than the man she sent it to, who merely viewed the images/videos.

[–]Other_Lingonberry234 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

This is really not a good example because, as you point out, when her plea deal was made they actually thought she was a victim. There was absolute outrage when the details came out and everyone wanted to go back on it, but the deal had already been made. It was disgusting.

[–]fanclockbedsheet -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

My point still stands. Had it been 2 men, one of the men would've never been thought of as a victim and given a plea deal.

She got the plea deal because our gynocentric society doesn't believe women can do evil things, evil things are reserved for men to do.

A fight quickly broke out after Evans, of Clayhill in Essex, was overheard saying he wanted to 's***' and 'f***' their 16-year-old daughter Amelia, the court heard.

The court heard he then turned his 'rage' on 48-year-old Mrs Gardner by 'rugby tackling' her to the ground, snatching her mobile phone and hurling it out to sea

Mr Irving, who was there with his wife and 10-year-old granddaughter, said he couldn't stand by so went to help but was then knocked to the ground and kicked by Evans 'like he was taking a penalty'.
In a victim impact statement he today told the court he suffered a knee injury which now requires surgery, adding: 'The impacts on the way I live my life will affect me permanently.'

This doesn't seem like a mens rights issue this guy is an actual duechebag. The wifes probably not great either but sounds like she was dragged into this by him and didn't cause nearly as much damage.

Not denying the guy was a douchebag, but what about this:

'[Young] started the violence. Mrs Gardner intervened and she says she was bitten. There was evidence of head butting and punching.

She started the fight and bit someone, threw punches and head butts, and got a suspended sentence for the same crime as her same-age boyfriend, who will be jailed for almost 2 years.

the point is not the crime. it is the fact that there is a different reaction to a similar crime based on gender. we aren't saying this guy is innocent. we are asking why is there such an inequality.

[–]Laser-Jelly 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It's not a rash judgment. I actually read the article, unlike you. Tabatha Young is said to have punched, kicked, headbutted, and bitten other people on the cruise. She received a 9 month suspended sentence. Evans (male) received 21 months for very similar crimes.

[+]Other_Lingonberry234 -6 points-5 points-4 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I realize the headline says she 'walks free' but does the actual story not say the woman was sentenced to 9 months as well? I can't tell if this is just bad writing or if my foggy brain isn't absorbing the info...

[–]Solid-Perspective98 17 points18 points19 points 4 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

She was sentenced to a suspended sentence. It means that her sentence will not be enforced unless she commits another crime within a two year period.

[–]Other_Lingonberry234 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Thanks for the explanation - did NOT know that's how that worked. I had never heard of a suspended sentence before; I'm not even sure if my country has them. I'm laughing at all the downvotes on my question though... clearly I am a bad human for asking for clarity haha

[–]idreamofdeathsquads 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

first offense, simple assault... probatiin is completely normal.

[–]McFeely_Smackup 7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

9 months, suspended sentence.

[–]CyoneHotPee 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]ColonelVirus -2 points-1 points0 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

9 month suspended sentence for a far less attack tbf.

So we agree, her crimes weren't nearly as bad as his? Hence why she got suspended and he got jail time.

[–]Reddit-person-321 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

How in the world was her crimes not nearly as bad as his? She started the fight, punched someone in the back of his head, head butted and bit people while all he did was kick one person and punch one other person.

[–]ColonelVirus 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

He didn't just kick one person lol

He knocked that person on the floor and "kicked him like taking a penalty" the attack he did left lift altering damage to the person. Whilst her attacks left little to no physical damage. Hence, she gets 9 months suspended, and he gets 2 years.

It's completely irrelevant who started the fight, all that matters is what the result.

[–]Based_Hootless -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

How is this men’s rights? Fuck this guy. The fact that the woman didn’t get nailed to the wall is not an issue of men’s rights. It’s an issue of female supremacy.
