Any employer who actually told this to a job candidate deserves to be sued, and probably fired. I'm glad they did not get away with their prejudice. At least this time.

Ive already pointed out that the issue is that person lack of confidence because it sounds like a person who is both patronising and a bully.

Most of us have dealt with people who have the attitude that they can bully people younger than them because of age, and now its seems the same mentality applies to gender( eg I can bully him )

.. and for a group of deluded people who like to chant diversity. they were as diverse as the huff post team( middle class, white women).. who also demanded diversity.

Now I'm left wondering why does the NHS waste so much public funding in this attitude instead of going for merit.

Now i think its time the NHS started publishing gender breakdown of individual units and dept. Lets see which one are predominately women..

Plus how stupid do you have to be for a millennial in order to publish damming evidence of your bias.. on social media..
