There are rotten cases like this in any aspect of life. This sucks, but it's not a result of systemic oppression and literal slavery.

Posts like this make the other side look at the MensRights movement and have their criticisms affirmed. This reeks of "insecure, angry little incel"

Just because there are a lot of wrong cases does not mean women are not oppressed. Its important to look at womans issues as well, we want equal rights for everyone, not just men imo. Woman can be oppressed (violence based on gender is stupidly high over there). And we should support woman as well who are oppressed, just like we should help the poor men that get falsely accused, its not one or the other in my opinion.

If you want to know, you only need to watch some of these very violent videos in the deep web of people being killed in countries such as Brazil, Pakistan, India, etc and almost all of the victims are male.

I have a class about making arguements and I decide to do one on how male problems. I list everything: family court, false accusations, rape victims not taken seriously, and others. You know how she reacts? Says it's ok but it's "biased", focuses on more than one problem, that because there's a higher percent of female domestic violence, and that there is possibly NO male rape victims that don't come out because no one would believe them. The only problem with that is ANOTHER STUDENT DID A GENDER INEQUALITY that focused on more than one problem and was only about women. How is that not biased?

I talked to a woman in India who said she was a family court lawyer and she talked about her fear of rape and how much of a rape culture it was in India. Then after about 6 months she admitted it was pretty much a scam against men. Women get so many rights that men don’t get even women only carriages on the train. Education opportunities etc. But realistically the Indian culture is much different than western culture in many ways with things like arranged marriage and nuclear families.

Sorry mate have to say that women are absolutely oppressed in India, of the Indian women i know who are in Australia (5), only 1 of them is not forced into marriage by her family, 3 of the others are in abusive relationships where there husbands beat them. They can't speak out about it because their culture traps them into staying with their husbands, and they don't want me to step in because they're afraid of the consequences.

Maybe I just know the most unlucky Indian women but 1 out of 5 not forced into marriage and only 1 of them having a good marriage is not good numbers.
