I feel horrible for the kid, hopefully he will be able to live with someone from his family, and get enough support, counselling and care to overcome the insanity of that experience.

So they're both suspended pending further investigation as their intervention is now considered homicide?

It's bewildering to me that she even had custody of the kids because:

as well as:

She had been arrested four times in the last four years on suspicion of domestic battery, and has one conviction of the same charge from 2017.

So it's hard to understand why the courts were dragging their heels on this:

Happens all the time, and yet the court still finds it "in the best interest of the child" to leave it with the abusive mother...

Feminists&Civil courts pretend like instances like this doesn't exist and that women should get default custody because whamen are better parents than men.

I'm just curious, the dad was fighting for full custody on the grounds the mother was abusive, but up until she tried to murder the kid, what proof did the father have about her being abusive? If there was none it can't really count as discrimination, no? Feel free to correct me btw I'm not exactly familiar with this kind of thing
