This isn't 'Artificial Intelligence' it's an algorithm these 'researchers' probably copied off github that searches specific subreddits for keywords that they don't like. The fact that these people actually consider 'twat' or 'cunt' to be hate speech which is why I believe they did a pathetic job of trying to censor these words to make it all seem more sinister than it actually is.

So people understand, this is no more 'clever' than feminist subs maintaining lists of users they don't like and auto-banning them if they try to post or browse. Since I've been studying real artificial intelligence like neural networks I've been embarassed numerous times at how badly news journalists misreport on what artificial intelligence actually is.

At most this is an algorithm that searches through posts in reddit, it is not AI in the slightest. I have to wonder if this 'team of researchers' are in fact just interns messing around with scripts thinking they're clever and this article is trying to hype them up as some uber l33t pro-hackers finding hate speech on reddit.

It's fucking embarrassing to read through this, does me making an if statement for my villagers so they go and eat food when they get hungry mean I've created artificial intelligence? No of course it fucking doesn't, that's basic scripting.

What it pretends it is: A collection of activists sharing news about the infringement of "men's rights," seeking more parity from the justice system, like 50/50 child custody in divorce cases.
What it really is: Shedding its noble original mission statement, MensRights has devolved into the sort of anti-SJW/feminist/women cesspool that comprises the rest of this list. Posts equivocating away rape, defending rapists, and denying systemic oppression of women are more commonplace than anything else.

They stole this from r:againstmensrights looks like.

As for "denying systemic oppression of women", why is that even on the list?

As much as I consider certain subreddits on that list really having hate speech discourse, I found it very biased because it's only men's groups. Where's GenderCritical, TheFairerSex and all those subreddits, for example?

I would agree that there is unnecesary hate in here, against: - "trannies", - Women rights (abortion) religious arguments - Vegans/ vegetarians - "Soyboys" -- Disagreeing is one thing but using insults and slurs in arguments happens too much

The subreddit is contaminated with angry men/boys, but this shouldn't delegitimize actual issues men & boys face.
