I can already tell you that feminists would see this list, chew it up and crush it. The “remove laws that make it so women can’t rape men” they will tell you there are no such laws and they would be technically correct.

Women can rape men by all definitions by penetrating them with an object, which is the least common way women would rape men. What we want is made to penetrate to be legally equivalent to rape.

This list is sloppily written and if we want people to take us seriously we need to do better.

What's that about ADHD schoolboys? It's the first time I hear about something like that. Is the medication for girls different?

Also, maybe avoid the use of "remove the law/whatever" and instead use the verb "replace" and synonyms. It sounds less reactive and will work better regarding publicity.

Abolish alimony, its indentured servitude. Also, men should have the legal right to abandon an unwanted child for the same length of time as women do currently.

Out of curiosity, what do people on here think about the draft? Personally I think it is a necessary evil to protect against a large scale conflict.

But this seems to be down the road. First we have to establish that saying we want these reasonable equal rights doesn't make you a misogynist rapist hypersuperuber woman slayer.

To be honest you should be making a unique list for each country. Obviously US people are going to take issue with the legal stuff on here because many things aren't relevant to their country. It's why I try to tag my posts with the relevant country at the beginning if it's specific to a particular country.

Need to change circumcision so it is legal for religious reasons.

As I have said before, any attempt to outright ban it is pure antisemitism. You may not feel that way, but to many Jews it is.

So very few of those things are laws right now, or even addressable by law. Most of them are the way that society acts in certain situations - they are social issues that are resolved by social change.

Stop selective service

No. We should make it gender-neutral. Get rid of selective service/the ability to draft, and as soon as we are at a large-scale war, they'll spring it right back up and it will still be a male-only draft.

I wouldn't put circumcision first, it's less critical than others.
