Hello, all! Happy Monday!

I am new to the RPW subreddit, but it has me engrossed and I have been reading a bunch from blogs such as The Feminine Woman and Finer Femininity. I have already started working on my presence, freeing myself, and truly appreciating my femininity! I have seen some changes, more help from male coworkers and more flirting from male customers.

However, that is where my question lies: how do I engage in more Red Pill mindset while at work? I am in a quality fast food job (that sounds like an oxymoron, I know!) with great management options and I am currently looking to work into management. My managers respond well to my hard working nature, but I fear because I don't want to come off as too masculine to both my coworkers and customers looking in. Am I being too mental about this? It feels odd to not offer help to my male coworkers, as I'm just a naturally helpful person, but I have read in Red Pill blogs not to help men because they should be leading. Is that only applicable to dating? Is merely opening myself up, freeing my myself and my vulnerability, and embracing myself as a woman enough to make me more high value in the professionalism of the workplace?

Any advice is greatly helpful, thank you!
