What is it with women and pursuing underaged boys these days? She was 18, while the dood was 17. She sent him a boob pic. Some other ~~snitch~~ female student found out and told the principal. They got the picture of her by taking the guy's phone. She could have spent time in prison be labeled as a pedophile. She was freaking out.

She was told by someone in court or one of those free defense lawyers that cases like these get lost in the system. They expire after x amount of years. They said that they have more important cases to work on, like murder and stuff. Eventually it expired for her.

This sucks. Laws need to totally be revamped. I think this is one of those things that should be shunned by society and looked down upon, but not illegal or deserving of punishment. All she did really was send a pic of a bodypart. It's not that big a deal. I know i'll be downvoted for this, but consider this: how many underage people of either sex had some sort of sexual contact or sexting with someone over 18? The number must be staggeringly high, yet society refuses to believe that is the case.

I heard countless stories while I was growing up of this kind of thing happening. I even experienced it myself at 16 when I hooked up with a 24 year old. People who experienced some form of this growing up don't think of it as much of a big deal. We experienced it just like we experienced anything else and moved on. Those people who did not experience anything of this sort are the ones who stand up in outrage and are deeply disturbed.
