I think the barstard deserves his 3-6, but the woman who is psychotic enough to do that deserves 9-12, just my 2 cents.

Likewise, mothers who act as enablers should not be seen as victims but also as abusers, because they are, they stand back and let it happen and often even encourage it, and they should face consequences for that, it shouldn’t be about men or women in these cases, but the sons (and daughters) who get caught in between, the real victims who don’t get a choice.

I do think that the women should have gotten a longer sentence, but in this case, he did get what he deserved.

I'll scream loudest when it comes to unfair sentences and those do happen a lot, but in this case he had priors while she didnt. Repeat offenders will get significantly larger sentences for smaller crimes

This article also does not say what he was charged with. But it doe say this...

It was worse? Amazing. Was he charged as an accessory to a crime?

And had he done something, would he have been charged with DV? Probably.

I think his prior convictions fucked him over in this case. Honestly both should have gotten longer sentences. I have no pity or give two fucks of adults/parents who engage in child abuse of any form.

If you read the article you'll find out that the guy had a criminal record. That's why. TBH I think it's fine that he get 6 years. What I don't like is the leniency for reckless child abusing. 1 to 2 years is way too little.
