I wonder how many similar comments will people make about her and whether they'll be tolerated despite the fact that some of those men committed much less heinous, and less fitting crimes.

Fun fact, this almost happened to me. I caught my ex cheating on me and broke up with her. When I went to her place to pick up my stuff, I knew what kind of person she was. So before I went in, I started my phone recording. Stated the time, date, location etc. Went in, got my stuff. Was a small argument (she wanted money), nothing major though. Got my stuff and was out in like 20 min. The next morning, 4 cops came to my house with a warrant for my arrest. After I left, she went to the police station and filed a report that I beat her and raped her. She did tell them the exact time I was there and for how long (was actually pretty close). I told them my side of the story and played them the recording I made. She was even dumb enough in the argument she told me what she was going to do and because of the me-too movement, no one would believe me. The police officers had me write a report up, email them a copy of the recording, and have a good day. Only thing happened to her though was she got a ticket for filing a false police report. If I didn't have that recording, it would have destroyed my life even when proven innocent. Moral of the story, a lesson I am still struggling with, is don't put your dick in crazy.
