Needless to say, reverse the genders and they'd be in jail as we speak. People ask "what's a female privilege", one answer is the ability to literally stab your partner with a deadly weapon and not only escape significant legal consequences, but possibly escape expulsion from school to.

And how articles on these studies trying to frame it as an example of class inequality, no, the difference is gender. A rich man would be a jail for doing this, as anyone should be.

I think I hate this judge most of all in this case, if it were anybody halfway competent she would be in jail immediately but I guarantee her mommy and daddy had something to do with his disturbingly gentle treatment towards her because his 'arguments' for not putting her in jail are just utterly insane.

Notably, the BBC coverage omits acknowledging the sentencing gap, let alone omits attributing it to misandry.

Compare/Consider any time any kind of sexism happens to a woman and whether they would pass up the opportunity to crow about sexism and it being evidence of patriarchy.

They THINK it's everywhere and more common than sexism against men, because they only make a big deal about it and only point it out when it's against women. When you start looking for both in earnest, it becomes incredibly fucking obvious men have to deal with more of this shit.
