There was a study I wish I could find, posted here several months ago. A poster claimed that surely female judges would be less likely to give female criminals the pussy pass, yet surprisingly the study showed they were even more likely to do so.

This makes sense when you look at studies in in-group bias. Men favor women, but women also favor women.

I'm not sure if there's a solution to this problem, but it's something we should be having discussions about if we're truly interested in "equality." What are feminists doing? They're trying to eliminate female prisons entirely!

Playing devils advocat here, can you point out to me how this case happened because of feminism?

I would only argue that feminism has done nothing to prevent cases like this.

I also heared, that in general female judges judge women more harshly than male judges. Have nothing to back it up though.
