I assume this is supposed to be satirizing the idea that men sit around a pass laws restricting women's reproductive rights so wouldn't it be funny if women sat around and restricted men's reproductive rights.

What the satirist feminists fail to realize, is that men don't have any reproductive rights to be discussed. Reproductive rights are the sole domain of women (who are somehow oppressed).
