Think about it. Why do women make false accusations?

On the lighter end of the spectrum, there's the women who file false claims because they regret the sex they had, some do it to protect their social status, others do it to avoid being called a slut, etc.

In the middle of the spectrum there's the women who do it to gain social status, to hoard attention and sympathy by filing false claims.

Then on the far end of the spectrum, there's the women who do it for personal gains. There's lawyers who've been caught encouraging their clients to use false claims to bolster their chances of winning court cases (divorce proceedings, custody battles etc). They can have men they work with fired if they don't like them, or are simply competing for their position within the company. They have ultimate power over superiors and subordinates alike. It can be used in almost any context.

There's even women who do it on a whim; look at the Game of Thrones actress who tried charging a man with rape because he bumped into her in a crowded train station. Look at all the videos of violent women realizing they're on camera, only to 180 and play the victim, instinctively claiming their victim was raping them.

Rape is the perfect crime for feminists. It can mean anything they want it to, any woman can claim rape any time it suits her, only men can be arrested for rape, and in society, rape is the most reprehensible crime there is.

Well in my eyes it's only because they don't see it ever happening to them so they will never put them self in the innocent mans point of view, being falsely accused rarely effects women mostly men so I'd guess because it barely ever effects them it doesn't even cross their mind ''that could be me'' just a thought though.

In the Anglo-Western world today (white, Christian), we see a similar trend in the persecution of men. The abolishment of evidence requirements in trials - the bedrock of criminal trials for hundreds of years - has taken the justice system back to the dark ages. A witch trial in 1250 would have involved more evidence than a rape trial today. And it's not just the trial that is the problem, it is an end-to-end upending of due process and rights of an accused person:

starting from the police "investigation", whereby instead of actually gathering evidence and investigating all angles of the allegation led by said evidence, evil rape pigs will actually conspire to destroy evidence by not recording the actual complaint statement, but helping the accuser craft their story - including by working with them to get dates and details of the accusation to line up with known times and places. To describe rape pigs as "investigating" rape allegations is to demean and slander the very important investigative work real detectives do. Rape pigs are not detectives.

And all these ones where the police don't follow up, get police chiefs like the one in Utah to admit on the record like he did that they often don't follow up because the majority are obviously lies. Women are so full of shit it is insane but everyone must take rape accusations seriously because it is a crime worse than assault but harder to prove than chronic back pain.

If you look into all of the facts about both crimes, you'll find that rape can be worse than a murder charge. People who have been convicted of murder aren't on life long murder watch lists. There aren't rules of where they can live and when they can go out of the house. When they serve their time for most crimes they are done with their punishment. But the punishment for sex crimes is continued throughout someone's life. I'm not advocating rape, but in our state, they don't consider 'statutory' something that exists anymore. An 20 year old having sex with a 16 year old consensually is a crime (even if they went to high school together) because 16 is too young to legally give consent. That crime stays with that 20 year old forever. If the 20 year old gets arrested in the future for an unrelated crime, he is still on file as a sex offender and has to go through sex offender treatment programs all over again.

It all comes back to the lack of trust in the court system. They don't care to wait for a court ruling because they feel that:

1) The issue will be forgotten by that time and

2) Even if the court rules the man is innocent, it's only a failure of the court. After all, courts don't prove innocence, they only prove guilty or not guilty.

And this is the tough part about activism. By trying to help one person or group you can do harm to innocent others. It's the job of Feminists to raise awareness about women's issues, so if they are wrong and destroy a man's life, that's not really their concern. It's better for them, in their eyes, to be wrong and destroy an innocent man's life than be wrong and not help a woman in need.

Any woman, any time, anywhere can accuse a man of rape and the accusation alone is worse than any punishment he would receive from the law.
