The UK sounds more insane every article I read. I know it's impossible to judge by news articles, but the entire society seems incredibly PC and the entire nations seems full to the gills with wimps.

Ms Roberts had complained to James Bird, the boss of the agency, the View, in Launceston – and husband of Mrs Bird - that she was not getting a fair representation of her properties displayed in the front window of the agency, the paper reported. In response, Mrs Bird called a meeting with Ms Roberts where she accused her colleague of being a ‘naughty little schoolgirl running to the teacher’.

It wasn't just the unfriending. She was in a textbook hostile work environment. Of course, the act of unfriending someone, by itself, shouldn't be considered "emotionally immature" or a "risk to workplace health and safety".

I [22M] at the time had an argument with my colleague [40s M] at the time. I told him to go f himself. This ended up us not talking for more than a year. For a month I even told him Good morning! We had no problem working together, even helped out each other out, of course without a word. So the basic human respect, and the respect to each other's work remained. I consider myself a late boomer, but here are two grown ass women (I assume) and they can't separate feelings from work relationship? How immature behavior is thinking the world revolves around them!

Ludicrous! The worst is that the Fair Work Commission even bothers to deal with such childish behavior.
