If a man ran out into the field and playfully tried to squeeze every female player's butts, those women would need therapy and counselling for being maliciously assaulted on the field by a dangerous sexual predator. Need sanctions would be called for to protect women on the field and provide "safe spaces" for women in that sport. Feminists would be calling every man that watches this sport as being misogynistic rape supporters. At the very least, at least half of those women would actually feel harmed, offended and/or victimized by this act, rather than smiling about it or taking it playfully.

I think this is less of an indication of sexism towards men but more that women need to stop taking themselves so fucking seriously and thinking they're immune from reprisal.

I saw this earlier today and it pissed me off. Everyone was talking about how hilarious it was.. but if it had been a man grabbing women's bottoms? He would be in jail. Infuriating.

I realize there is a double standard but you have to admit this is rather funny. There was no malcontent and I honestly think that this is the part that should mater for men as well. If it's all in good fun and no harm is intended I think things like this should not be viewed as punishable offences for either men or women.
