Okay, while this is stupid and a little inhumane, he's not served his full sentence. He's on parole. They can restrict his freedom in any number of ways.

In California exactly the same thing happens except it happens within the confines of a psuedo scientific institution after inmates have served their full prison sentence. I mean, do what you will to sex offenders I guess, but you have to at least comply with the constitution and respect the basic rights of the person in question. If you want to extend sentencing to include institutionalization post-prison, write it into law. Don't force someone who has served their court mandated sentence into an institution against their will, illegally.

I wonder how politically correct any mans dick really is? And the same is true for a women's arousal. I'm sure some uncomfortable physically invasive procedure could be devised to test for inappropriate sexual stimulation among women as well. To spare women this violation and humiliation of such a procedure, the patriarchy sure is doing a crappy job.

I'll admit that this is a very strange way of "therapy," but he's just undergoing lie detector tests... On his dick.
