UK: My father is paying £137 per week on child maintanance, for me and my mum isnt spending it on me.

£593.67per month (£7124 anually) is paid by my father to my mother as child maintanance.

The amount spent on clothes for me is less than (£300) always the cheapest clothes. 3 poloshirts for £10, shoes for £15 etc etc.

Food perhaps £40 per week.

Accommodation (mortgage paid home).

What I am getting at is I cant account for all of that money not by a long shot. Plus my mum also works so I would guess that its not my fathers responsibility to single handedly fund my existence.

Do I have any legal ecourse against my mother ultimatley she isnt using money for me on me.
