When referring to the sexual harassment/assault and crime rates of men, I’ve seen women say shit like,

“Not all men are bad, but it could be ANY man.”

“If I gave you a box of chocolates but told you one is poisoned, would you eat any of them?”

“Not all snakes are venomous but you might not know which ones are so it’s best to avoid all of them.”

And other statements similar to those. My question is, how is this any different from the ideology of people who are racist? They might think that not all black people are bad but they avoid them all anyways because “you never know.”
