In the middle of a divorce where I've been hit with the following:

- Allegations of Child abuse

- Allegations of Child negligence

- Allegations of Domestic Violence (Both criminally and civil allegations)

- Allegations of Money Laundering

- Allegations of Emotional Abuse

- Allegations of Financial Abuse

- Allegations of Threatening her family with violence

- She recently began citing things regarding our kids private parts (She's attempting to lay a foundation for sexual allegations I presume)

- Allegations of verbal abuse

It's truly sickening. Making my stomach churn just typing it out.

How do I even begin to co-parent with someone like this.

All of these allegations just to go and have sex with other men? This was supposed to be a simple divorce where things are divided equally...

Although I wanted to keep my family intact, I welcome the divorce, never begged, pleaded - I simply said let's do it and became stoic only focusing on the kids. In fact, I encouraged her to do better in her next relationship(s). Once the word divorce came out of her mouth, our relationship ended the moment the last vowel rolled off her tongue. She is now a civilian to me.

My post is - she now wants to message at late hours in the night about really simple things regarding our kids. "Left a pair of undwear with you" " Didn't get their sippie cup handle back".

It's 10:30 at night! While I want to be kept upto date with our kids, this is not the way. Text me at normal hours unless it's an emergency. I don't need to look over at my phone to see a message from her about a single pair of underwear. It feels like harassment.

Do I ignore or do I simply say please don't text me at these late hours unless it's an emergency as going forward it can only serve to cause confusion for me. I want to be kept up to date with emergencies as I will do with you, but messaging me at late hours is not the way.
