Just posting a rant to kick off the week gents, another day and another reminder of what is out there.

I won't go deep into background but for the point of this post, I went through some dark times 1.5 years ago as my divorce kicked off after finding out the exw was unfaithful. Thankfully, I had a buddy who went through the same crap years prior help and was there to help me, unknowingly I helped him out by getting a job where I work which really boosted him up after getting knocked down. Nothing gets you loyalty like seeing someone give you a helping hand at your lowest when everyone else seems to walk right past you. Here I am, 1.5 years later and the skies are blue again, the seeds of success I planted during my "winter" are blossoming this spring and I'm working like hell for my success story.

Time to repay it seems - My buddy has had a long term gf for quite a while, did the blended family thing and even helped her get her business going. Well, he is going through a rough patch and asked her for support. She responds by breaking up with him via text this weekend. I'm going to hang out with him later and maybe hit the town but dang, it's just another reminder of the crap that is out there. It just totally blows my mind how callous this situation is, this dude is an A+ guy and it just reinforces what I learned this past year. F****

Cautionary tales to you all, watch each others backs and that "amazing new woman" may not be so amazing when you need her most. Not saying there aren't some good ones out there but definitely be cautious especially after divorce!
