We went for our first private custody mediation today and my stbx essentially said she wants majority parenting time and all decisions making, we spent 3 hours going around in circles and best thing she offered was 60/40 and all decisions making and said maybe she'll budge on 60/40 if I agree in writing to outline the next 15 years and agree ahead of time on all potential conflicts and anything else not already decided. Mediator was flabbergasted and confused why all of a sudden she wants full decision making and it negating our already agreed upon schedule.

We already agreed to a 50/50 schedule we've been doing for the last 5 months and she moved out of the marital home back in the summer, but now saying that was agreed upon so she could leave and she won't honor it in parenting plan. Most frustrating 3 hours of my life. We left the mediation at the mediator sending us both a sample parenting plan and we're gonna see if we can come to an agreement with lawyers and either go back or move forward with GAL and trial.
