Has anyone in here who had joint custody modify their custody agreement after the divorce? I have 50/50 custody and two kids. One is my kids is almost 10 and she is great. The other kid just turned 7 and he is low functioning autistic. He needs constant care and I have a job that requires me to be in office 4 days a week. Due to the rotation over the last 6 months I have them a lot including two weeks at Spring Break and other times because school is always out. He isn’t potty-trained, he can do anything really on his own and this is taking a toll on my mental health. I was thinking about just doing my daughter 50% and only having him every other weekend. I already pay $650 in child support, $750 alimony and $500 for military retirement. I know I’ll pay more but at this point I don’t really care.
