For guys in states that require a separation period but still consider you and your ex to be married until the divorce is final, did you get on dating apps during the separation? I'm worried that being on the apps might be used against me by my ex to increase alimony or reduce custody of kids.

My attorney says it just comes down to whether my ex can prove I slept with someone (likely would require a.private investigator hired by her), but others have said that just being on the apps can be viewed negatively by the courts.
