I live in California. Married a Native woman who collects $ every month from casino revenue. Essentially we make the same if I work overtime, but less if I just work 40. She has no healthcare deductibles, she will get her electricity and gas paid by the tribe when she turns 55 and she owns a 3700’ house that is paid off. With all of these perks that she will get, will a judge give a fuck and just give her half of my pension and 401k regardless? Or will these factors play a role in making a reasonable and fair judgement or am I just wasting my time and money fighting this and they will just split it in the middle of move on?
