When we first separated, I was fairly understanding and accepting. The separation negotiations were civil and fairly reasonable according to the law. I was generally calm and moving forward, but now as we move up on 2 year separated and the divorce becoming official, I find I am becoming angry, depressed and overwhelmed with a feeling hopelessness. My project is coming to an end soon yet I have to be able to pay her for the next decade, as well as put kids through college, and deal with the house and pets. That and the current job sucks and creates a ton of stress and anxiety.

Maybe venting is the option I have. I tried a few therapists but they have all sucked. I go to the gym, which can temporarily help with my mood but it really doesn't change my circumstances. Any ideas on how to turn it around or escape this pit I seem to be stuck in?
