Hi friend. I would highly suggest seeking a therapist. I did so myself. While it's not an instant fix, it's certainly helping me a lot. I'm not sure of your situation, but whatever the case, you are struggling and need someone to speak with.

It can be difficult saying and accepting you need help. It was for me.

You can post here and get lots of support, and there are guys happy to form DM groups on the side. If you have any military service check with the local VA. Also try meetups (they sometimes have divorced male activities). You can also try general lost love one groups. These are a mix of divorce, death and abandonment.

But I would also encourage you to make a new tread in this group as a place to start.

Try out Cerebral. It’s online therapy and meds if you need em. Your insurance may cover it too.
