I think a lot of men (and women) make a big mistake by wanting to just download the forms and do a DIY divorce, without getting even the most basic legal advice from a professional (e.g., a lawyer). What happens is that the same unhealthy dynamic that contributed to the divorce also shapes the outcome of the divorce. People who used coercive techniques in the marriage use coercive techniques in the divorce. People who never spoke up for themselves in the marriage never speak up for themselves during the divorce. I dont know anything about you, but I wonder if that is the situation here. At the very least, talking to a lawyer lets you take a step back and benchmark your own situation.

Imagine if you were earning more like most men, she would have asked for alimony+pension+marital support during the seperation phase. If she cant pay the alimony , than ask for >50% of the house price if sold.+ child pension

you have plently alimony calculator your state/country online to get an idea (eg: this one for your state). SAme for child pension.+ ask a lawyer to review your agreement.

START FROM here ! Maybe that way u can buy her back from the house if u only have to pay 40/35% of the hosue after alimony deducted

Sure, talk to a lawyer. But also, if you can live your life on what you make don't just take because you can. There's 1000 guys on this reddit getting fucked by alimony and child support. Split marital assets 50/50. Custody 50/50. Be beholden to no one.

Hire an attorney on a consultation basis to review the document and make sure that you are protected.

If, for whatever reason, the attorney sees red flags, you can always upgrade to full representation.

I would recommend speaking with a lawyer generally. I am in Illinois and my wife and I are doing something similar (without kids) and we worked with an attorney who specializes in collaborative divorce. Basically the atty sat down with both of us and we kind of explained what we had in mind and the attorney provided feedback, explained how courts review divorce decrees, offered guidance on how to reach our goals, walked us through the process etc. I think it was 350 an hour (which isn't cheap but cheaper than litigation) and the lawyer is a mediator so we could't go see her behind each other's back. But... you should speak with someone knowledgeable on IL law.

You're "only" expected to cover half of the children expenses? But she makes much more?

She's supposed to be paying you child support, homie. And half of all marital assets.

She's pretending to be generous while ripping you off.

In most states, with 50/50 custody, since she makes more she would pay you child support based on the state’s formula and might pay more than half for non-covered medical and other expenses. She might also have to pay you spousal support depending on how long you were married and other factors. Don’t be cheap - before you sign anything pay ~$500 to a family lawyer for a consultation. Don’t let her screw you over.
