OFW needs to make an app thats functional w pc calls because for some reason I cannot download app to pc nor make calls from google chromebook device

So I can only receive calls but can't make calls I'm a little lost.

Some issues we’ve run into:

OFW needs to document everything. Especially how long the call rang before being cancelled.

Example: HCBM “calls” father. Hangs up within one ring, father can’t even get a chance to try to answer. The call is recorded as “cancelled”. Yet at the same time a call that is allowed to ring up until the very end but is still ended by the placer will also show as cancelled. Let it go to full ring then it shows as “missed/unanswered”.

So OFW needs to have details for every call that show the exact duration of the outgoing and incoming call attempts. No more of this- call for half a second and claim “you didn’t answer” when it didn’t even fricking ring.

I WANNA SEE EXACTLY HOW LONG THAT PHONE RANG FOR MY TO PICK IT UP. Cuz you can bet money it was seconds every time.

The games they play. Inevitably harming only their children and family the most.

Apparently these are brand new features. While I used OFW (up until last year) these weren't even options.

Hello! Appreciate this chat was started… I’m supporting my bf in a court battle right now and his ex manipulated the factual events and convinced the court to order OFW even though he had full access to call, video or chat with the kids for well over a year previously— we are wondering if it’s worth paying the extra to record the calls, as she has presented to a “play therapist” that the kids have anxiety & needed structured calls.. so, we have designated days and times — ridiculous to play these games only impacting the kids who are young! Any thoughts??
