It hurts brother. It shows you are still alive and in the ring. You have taken some shots but are standing on your own two feet. Keep packing one thing at a time. Keep filling boxes. Just keep making progress. Eventually the task will be done, and you'll be that much closer to being able to live your own life. Make that new life whatever you want it to be. Travel, read great books, start that business you always wanted to do. It doesn't seem like it now, but you will look back one day and wonder why you cared so much. She will be like a distant memory that you have to struggle to remember. Good luck to you brother. Someone is thinking of you today.

Yeah it's tough man but youll get thru it. My ex-wife goes to the bf's every other day, she never had that sex drive with me, even when we were dating.

Glad you are moving forward man. It gets better. We had planned a trip months in advance with her brother to New Orleans. They went I stayed behind (it was already paid for). I packed up nearly everything and moved out slowly while she was gone. For me it made things a lot easier, no looking over my shoulder, drama or discussion.

Stay the course and stay active / busy. Lean into your feelings when in a safe environment and continue to Grey rock with her. It will get better 👍
