Hey guys, so how’s this division of assets thing works in Texas…is it a one time payment or judge can spread it in years for you? Maybe you owe her 20k, can the judge spread it for two years or after the final ruling you need to make one time payment? Also has anyone in year been ordered to pay spousal support for a marriage less than 4years in Texas? What did the judge factor in for you to pay that spousal support? Thanks for sharing guys!!
